Fi: Fire Anomaly
An unexplained/self started combustion which excludes a natural cause. Could be an actual fire which consumes material as fuel or a visual anomaly which only appears to be flames. Examples include spontaneous human combustion and the burning bush which appeared to Moses in the Bible.
Ev: Electronic Voice Phenomenon
Commonly known as an EVP, this is a sound or vocalization which is recorded with an electronic device such as a digital voice recorder, which was not vocalized by any human present during the time of the recording. This is believed to be the voice of a spirit or deceased human which is recorded. As opposed to a disembodied voice, an EVP is not audible to humans.
Ei: Electronic Interaction
Intelligent interaction, between a spiritual entity and a human being, using the features of an electronic device or a software application running on an electronic device. As opposed to an equipment anomaly, this element involves active participation on the part of the living person.
Ea: Equipment Anomaly
An equipment anomaly involves a piece of equipment which behaves in a way which is not consistent with the designed function(s) of the device which is not considered to be possible.
