A video anomaly refers to a visual event which is captured on a recording device which defies rational/conventional explanation. This is a broad element, as it includes a wide variety of visual phenomena.

Am: Animal Mutilation
Livestock, such as cattle, which have been discovered with physical injuries, missing organs and/or significant blood loss, the cause of which is inconsistent with attacks by known predators. Cuts, excisions often appear to have been made using a LASER, with precision cuts and cauterized wounds. Victims include horses, pets, and (rarely) humans.
Xe: Xenobiont Anomaly
A known species of animal which appears in an ecosystem or climate of which the creature is not indigenous. An example would be an alligator which is found in a northern, temperate stream.
Ve: Vegetation Anomaly
The disturbance of established vegetation/plants, such as the formation of crop circles formed in wheat crops. Crop circles may include complex designs/patterns. May also be related to reported landing sites of UFO craft which burn/deform the grass or ground cover leaving the area devoid of plant life. This is also reported to be evidence of a Geographical Anomaly such as an energy vortex.
Su: Suspended Physics
An anomalous physical action or behavior which defies the known laws of physics. An example would be drops of rain which have been observed falling upward or objects which have levitated. May be evidence of a Glitch In The Matrix.
